With a background in Pedagogy and a specialization in Diversity and Inclusion Research, Valentina brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. Her commitment to education shines through in every project she undertakes, as she strives to create unique and enriching experiences for all involved.

Scherrie-Ann Richards is an Achieve Alumni who is intentionally living her best life. She uses her gifts, talents, and experiences to engage, inspire and empower minds. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry in diverse roles where she transitioned from the boardroom to the bedside and into the classroom.

Tanushri Dave believes that strong systems, when built with care, can create space for people to thrive. As HR and Finance Supervisor, she brings a background in research administration, budgets, and grants, supporting Achieve’s mission by nurturing accountability, compassion, and sustainable impact behind the scenes.
